Members News from the Resort

Dear Member,

We are pleased to announce that Tracy Longden has been offered and has accepted the position of General Manager at Witney Lakes Resort.

In addition, Members can now collect their new membership cards from the Resort. All Members will be able to collect their cards from 10am onwards from the dedicated collection point located in The Bistro. When you collect your new card you will be asked to update your contact details. This will ensure that we can keep you up-to-date with the latest news from around the Resort, as well as highlighting members' offers and social events. You will also be asked to have your photo taken as this provides an additional security check when you use the Resort and protects you and the Resort against any unauthorised use of your card. As we have over 1800 cards to distribute, we realise this may take up a little of your time, so please enjoy a cup of tea or coffee on us while you complete the process.

All Members will be able to 'pre-load' money on to their membership cards (minimum amount £50) and then use their card as a form of payment at any outlet* within the Resort. In addition, we will add 10% to the value you add, or if you have been with us for 2 years or more we will add 15% to your balance - this will be the equivalent of receiving a 10 or 15% discount at any outlet and will be available any day of the week.

To 'pre-load' your new membership card please visit the Resort reception or any of the Resort outlets.
