Witney Lakes Golf Club had been a long standing participant in the Oxfordshire Foursomes (scratch) League but had to withdraw from the league in 2016 due to lack of players able to support the clubs continued entry in the league.

WLGC is attempting to garner enough support from the Cat 1 (5 and below) and the 6 to 9 handicap players to support its entry into the Oxfordshire scratch league once more. If you would like to try out this matchplay format and represent the club in county wide matches then please sign up on the list that is on the main notice board in the resort reception area, otherwise make yourself known to Bruce Fowlie or Jason Donaldson who will be happy to explain the format and structure of the league
