Winter rules are now in place

please note that we are observing 'normal' Winter rules this year which means that pick, clean and place is appropriate ONLY on fairways, and greens surrounds that are short cut grass.

Plugged balls not on fairways or short cut grass may be ROLLED OUT of the plug, no nearer to the flag but NOT picked up and cleaned
