Handicap Allowance - 90%

this year the congu rules for competition handicap allowances have been amended.

for singles matchplay the handicap allowance is now full

for four ball better ball the handicap allowance is 90% of the difference off the lowest handicap player

please remember that the Summer League competition will need to operate the 90% handicap allowance
